Holiday Fat Loss Tips

Often the suggestions are without substance, because the writers do not want to imply it actually has to make a sacrifice to succeed. They make fat loss sound easy, as if all I had to do was park at the other end of the parking lot and burn you all
5 biscuits cake calories.

Well, it does not work that way ... So here are my policies
incorrect, only turbulence training strategies to help keep the pounds on holiday.

By the way, I "borrowed" some ideas of the contestants on my
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest. The transformation is rocked by social support and success stories at this time, even while the rest of the world struggles with weight gain, these users are losing fat TT during the holidays.

Strategy # 1 - green tea and almonds

One of the most common advice we hear is to "fill" before
go to a party where there will be a lot of things.

Unfortunately, most people I speak no luck with this advice.
Most people still go to a party and eat everything in sight.

Recently, however, TT users have told me that a cup of Green Tea and one ounce of almonds has helped them avoid the whims of vacation nothing better than ever.

The fiber in almonds reduces appetite while the small amount of caffeine in green tea appears to boost mental acuity and I save "energy" in the party.

Hopefully that works for you ...

Strategy # 2 - Do not waste time on all cardio programs Luxury

Listen, the bottom line in the holiday season is that success depends almost entirely on nutrition.

You can not expect to hit the cardio confessional and burn the last
2000 calories Smorgasboard night. That's a 4 hour training. On the other hand, do not go in that situation, first place.

Here are more nutrition tips:

- Focus on portion control (and if you do not have discipline, to forget
even trying to eat only one)
- Nix all mixed drinks with calories in beverages, or better yet, just stop getting drunk. Period.
- Write down everything you eat to identify trouble spots. Then do what you have to do to eliminate their weaknesses. If you do not record your nutrition, chances are you'll lose large
opportunities to change their diet and lose fat.

Strategy # 3 - Take care of yourself first.

My friend Holly Rigsby (of http://www.fityummymummy.com) remembering always busy moms to take care of themselves first, and I think this suggestion applies in this time of year for everyone.

So take a deep breath. Ask yourself as you are running around
please everyone else, "Have you set a time for yourself "

Being selfish. Make sure you've had some time to exercise, good nutrition and some rest before overextending yourself and do too much for others when they have not worried about himself and his first goals.

Strategy # 4 - Take a roll

This comes from a transformation TT competitor who is too busy to lose fat off the track during the holidays.

Do not procrastinate until January 1. Start now. Tens of
men and women are doing their Turbulence Training Transformations right now - through the heart of the holiday season.

They are not expected to appear Jan. 1. They are taking
control now, and get on a roll, and not let anything (from
teams to pressure) on its way.

Strategy # 5 - Exercise in short bursts whenever you can

Do not be afraid to dance at your Christmas party. Do not worry, there is bound to have at least one dancer worse than it was on the floor. Have fun and down!

In a more serious note, here's how to avoid falling fitness
program during the holiday season.

Get your ass out of bed 15 minutes earlier so you have three minutes to wake up and 12 minutes for December , 2007 Turbulence Training 12-minute workouts.
